Please note: Ballot available and mail dates are specific to Skagit County. State Law requires ballots to be mailed 18 days in advance of Election Day, but we mail our ballots 20 days in advance.
 
Voter Registration Deadlines & Election Dates
 
You may register to vote or change the address on your voter registration at anytime. However, the following are registration deadlines for each election.
  
Last Day to Update Registration:
The last day to make changes to your voter registration if you are currently registered to vote anywhere in Washington State and be eligible to participate in the next election.
  
Last Day for New Registrations:
The last day to register to vote ONLY if you are not currently registered in Washington State and be eligible to participate in the next election. However, you must register in person at the:
